What to Expect:
9AM: We will meet at Pangaea Plants new office in West Asheville at Smith Mill Works where Farm Owner, Gabriel Noard will share about all things Dock!
10AM: From Smith Mill Works we will offer a carpool option out to Pangaea Plants, LLC Farm in Lake Lure.
11AM: Arrive at the Farm. Harvest Dock Root.
12PM: Process Dock, wash/cut roots to prepare your own tincture
1PM: LUNCH~ We will have soup prepared but we encourage others to bring a dish to share!
2PM: Prepare a Dock Tincture. We will provide the contents of our DIY Tincture Kits (Quart Jar, Muslin Cloth Bag and 1 OZ Tincture Bottle). We ask you bring 750ml of your choice of high-proof alcohol or Apple Cider Vinegar.
It should go without saying but we will have tea brewed all day!
We offer our workshop at a sliding-scale price: $25-$55

Please wear appropriate shoes and clothing.
If you have any tools that'd be of use i.e shovels, garden forks, hand clippers, ect. bring them with you!
